INTRODUCTION TO TV AND FILM: GOODBYE TO BERLIN.

This unit will help improve creative skills and techniques covered in level 4 as well as introducing methodologies within a narrative based production within TV and film. The unit itself covers a lot different qualities such as health and hygiene and and time constraints as usual however this term we will also be focusing on special requirements and effects required plus resources and budgets alongside advanced make-up and hair applications.  This unit in particular seems pretty hands on as we are shown how to work collaboratively in the role of the designer as well as the artist and are also shown how to present ideas to decision makers as well as how to document our work. There are definitely a lot of beneficial aspects which are pretty exciting as I studied Media and Film at A level and loved it so I look forward to analysing certain film sequences and dissecting  the use of  hair and make-up within each scene.
